1.The burner is built in the drying tower to avoid the heat loss of the external heating pipeline and its supporting facilities (such as mixing chamber and fan). The outer wall of the drying tower is insulated as a whole, which reduces the heat loss by 20%.
2.Waste heat recovery and utilization increases the heat utilization rate by 30% and reduces the drying cost.
3.The sedimentation dust removal in exhaust gas flue reduces environmental pollution and the settling impurities are recovered and burned to raise the caloric value and realize waste utilization.
4.The grain scraper can discharge grain bi-directionally. The wet grain can be automatically recycled back to the drying tower for re-drying, avoiding manual pouring and reducing labor intensity. The grain is unloaded through the turnover plate inside the tower, high efficiency and low crushing rate. The grain sinks as a whole, uniform flow, balanced heating and consistent dry humidity so as to guarantee good grain quality.
5.The cornute boxes are alternately arranged downstream and upstream and there are tempering sections as interval so that the grain can be gently heated. The water escape and evaporation are balanced and the natural quality of the raw grain is maintained to the maximum extent. The dried grain reaches food grade; wheat, corn, sorghum, soybean and rice can be dried; seed grain can also be dried and the germination rate is greater than 95%.
